    Tracey is an experienced and compassionate therapist offering EMDR, counselling, and CBT online for individuals and couples. She helps with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, anger, addiction, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and childhood trauma.

    Tracey is qualified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and integrates CBT and other therapies to meet your individual needs. With over 10 years of experience in private practice and the NHS, Tracey creates a warm, supportive space where you can work through past experiences, process trauma, and develop healthier ways of coping.

    About Tracey

    Hello, my name is Tracey and I'm a fully qualified online EMDR practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I am also trained in integrative counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I work with both individuals and couples.

    As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. Whether we are working with EMDR, CBT, or counselling, sessions are always tailored to your individual needs and the goals you bring to therapy.

    EMDR is a trauma focused therapy that helps the brain process distressing or overwhelming experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or emotional distress. It can be delivered safely and effectively online, and many clients find it helpful for working through both recent and past experiences that continue to affect their wellbeing.

    Alongside EMDR, I offer counselling and CBT in a warm, non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behaviour. Together, we will look at how past experiences may be affecting your life today, and work towards positive change at a pace that feels right for you.

    I have over ten years’ experience as a therapist, working in private practice and within NHS IAPT services.

    Meet Tracey

    Background & Experience

    My working life started within Corporate Design, in London, many years ago. But since then I have had lots of life experiences, and a variety of 'jobs' and employment. Having spent a lot of time looking at my myself through my own therapy journey; I feel this informed my decision to explore the idea of become a therapist, way back in the mid 2000's. All of these life experiences have taught me to listen without judgement or assumptions, because we are all individuals and unique in our own way.

    I can help you safely process trauma using EMDR, reducing anxiety, intrusive thoughts and emotional overwhelm

    I will support you to break unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns using CBT, helping you develop healthier coping strategies

    I can work with you through past experiences, including childhood trauma, PTSD and bereavement, at a pace that feels manageable

    I offer a confidential, non-judgemental online space to explore anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, addiction or low self-esteem
