    Hello, I am Ryan Anderson, a qualified counsellor and therapist. I offer both online sessions and face-to-face appointments in Kings Hill, working with adults from all backgrounds who may be feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.     Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent many years working in education, training, and senior leadership. these roles provided me with a deep professional understanding of workplace stress, confidence issues, and the various pressures of daily life. This background allows me to bring a grounded and practical perspective to my clinical work.

    I have over a decade of experience in private practice and have spent more than ten years taking NHS referrals. Having experienced therapy myself, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. I am committed to maintaining high professional standards through continuous training and professional development to ensure my clients receive the most effective, evidence-based care.
