    Hello, my name is Kaye and I am a fully qualified individual and couples therapist. I provide a safe, non-judgemental online space where we can work together to address the challenges that are holding you back. Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or intrusive thoughts, I am here to help you navigate these feelings at your own pace.

    My approach is holistic and integrative, meaning I tailor our sessions to your specific needs. I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you uncover the links between your thoughts and behaviours, alongside Psychodynamic and Systemic theories to understand the deeper roots of your experiences. By focusing on your past, present, and future, we can work together to create a path toward healing.

    In our sessions, you can expect an informal and warm environment. My goal is to help you unpick unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour while encouraging you to voice your hopes and fears. Together, we will work toward identifying clear goals for change and developing the practical tools you need to find peace and move forward effectively.

    Background & Experience

    I am an experienced practitioner with a robust academic background in psychology and psychotherapy. My professional journey is grounded in evidence-based practice, having earned a First Class Honours degree in Counselling and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. I have undergone specialist post-graduate training with renowned institutions such as Relate and Tavistock Relationships, which has deepened my expertise in relationship dynamics and working with different therapy approaches.

    In addition to my work with individuals, I am an accredited practitioner in Couple Therapy for Depression. My experience spans a wide range of mental health concerns, including bereavement, self esteem, attachment and confidence. As a registered member of the BACP, and a member of the accredited register of NCPS therapists I adhere to strict ethical standards and maintain my commitment to excellence through regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
